Superior Air Management offers several ways to keep your cost down while keeping your HVAC system running at its maximum potential.

These yearly HVAC plans are available for both our residential and commercial customers!

Residential Service Agreement

Service agreements are made based on a bi-annual (Spring/Fall) visit plan. All customers with an active agreement will receive priority scheduling.

Superior Service Bronze Plan

$159 per year
($79 for each additional system)

Includes:

  • Check thermostat operations
  • Change filters – pricing includes standard 1"–2" filters. (Media filters are additional)
  • Test and clean all condensate drain lines
  • Inspect emergency pan switch
  • Lubricate motor bearings, if applicable
  • Visual inspection on all blower wheels for signs of material buildup
  • Check motor bearings for wear
  • Adjust belts on blowers as necessary
  • Inspect all electrical connections
  • Inspect all capacitors, relay and contactors
  • Inspect refrigerant levels
  • Clean evaporator coils
  • Clean condenser coils
  • Perform visual inspection on all duct work for wear, leaks or material build up
  • Inspect crankcase heater
  • Inspect heating elements
  • Check defrost control
  • Check safety devices on gas furnaces (Heat Only)
  • Inspect furnace flue and fresh air vents (Heat Only)
  • Check gas pressure (Heat Only)
  • Check heat exchanger for damage
  • Inspect furnace burners and flame sensors and clean as needed
  • Inspect furnace gas connections
  • 10% discount on parts

Superior Service Silver Plan

$189 per year
($109 for each additional system)

Includes everything in the Superior Service Bronze Plan as well as cleaning both indoor and outdoor with specialized cleaner, up to 2 lbs of R410A refrigerants.

Superior Service Gold Plan

$259 per year
($159 for each additional system)

All inclusive, with an additional 2 pounds of R410A for a total of up to 4 lbs. 15% discount on uncovered item repairs. Diagnostic fees are waived during normal business hours. Minor repairs for units 10 years or less in age would be included (capacitors, contactors, relays, transformers, standard thermostats). One minor repair per unit per year.



*Due to the shortage, R22 refrigerant or drop in, is not covered by any plan.

Simplify your system maintenance today!

Home Plus Plan

($100 per system add-on ONLY available
to Residential Service Agreement Customers)

With this plan, you no longer need to worry about any unplanned costs in between service calls, or during your routine maintenance. ALL diagnostic and trip fees are covered, as well as minor repairs for the term of the plan. You will still receive your two planned maintenance visits per year, and an additional 10% off any major repairs not covered by the plan*.

The purpose of being a service agreement customer is to keep your system up and running all season long. However, sometimes unexpected breakdowns may occur. At Superior Air Management we want to help limit these surprise costs as much as possible and keep additional repairs stress free.

Note: Equipment must be within 10 years of manufacture date.
