Residential Service Agreements start at $159 for 1 System and each additional system is just $79! We also include minisplits additionally at just $75.
As a residential service agreement customer, your home would receive service 2 times a year, usually every 6 months. We keep up with your service dates and will contact you when service is due. Each visit would include, but is not limited to:
- Change 1 – 1" or 2" thick air filter(s)
- Perform a visual inspection of the system and check amp draws as needed on blower, compressor and condenser fan motor, contactors and disconnects
- Minor repairs to wiring or electrical components
- Check the thermostat(s) for proper operation and calibration
- Check & clean condensate drain lines, drain pans and condensate pumps
- Perform a visual inspection of the duct system(s)
- Keep detailed records of your equipment so no major problems or repairs catch you off guard.
- Our book prices reflect a 10% discount for residential service agreement customers on parts & labor should additional repairs be needed.
