At Superior Air Management, we would like to help ease some of the stress of keeping your business, and customers, comfortable by providing scheduled maintenance on your HVAC equipment.
Commercial Service Agreements start at $240 for 1 System and each additional system is just $120! This includes 4 visits. If you feel you need less or more, give us a call and we can work with your needs!
As an agreement program customer, your business would receive service 4 times a year, usually every 3 months. We keep up with your service dates and will contact you when service is due. Each visit would include, but is not limited to:
- Change 1 – 1” or 2” thick air filter(s)
- A visual inspection of the system & check amp draws as needed on blower, compressor & condenser fan motor, contactors and disconnects
- Minor repairs to wiring or electrical components
- Check the thermostat(s) for proper operation & calibration
- Check & clean condensate drain lines, drain pans & condensate pumps
- Perform a visual inspection of the duct system(s)
- Keep detailed records of your equipment so no major problems or repairs catch you off guard
- Our book prices reflect a 10% discount for agreement program customers on parts & labor should additional repairs be needed
